Service Description
You’ve prepared everything for your baby… now it’s time to prepare you. This 4-week online series is designed to help you build strength for childbirth, recover faster postpartum, and step into motherhood feeling calm, confident, and empowered. 💻 Livestreamed weekly sessions on Zoom (with recordings available) 🤰 Personalised support & tailored modifications 👶 A dedicated WhatsApp group for connection & guidance In each session, you’ll learn how to: ✔ Strengthen your body for labour & birth so you feel prepared, not powerless ✔ Use breathwork & movement to stay calm and in control during contractions ✔ Train your nervous system to handle the intensity of birth with ease ✔ Practice a guided birth rehearsal—so when the big day comes, your body knows what to do ✔ Support postpartum recovery with yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques Before your first class, you'll complete a screening form so I can tailor sessions to your needs, ensuring you receive modifications and guidance that truly support you. Suitable for women 12+ weeks pregnant. All sessions are taught by a qualified Prenatal Yoga Instructor & Birth Preparation Specialist
