You’ve been there for your baby — now it’s time you! This 5-week mum-only online Postnatal Yoga series is designed for mums with older babies (crawling and beyond) who are ready to rebuild strength, reclaim their bodies, and carve out space that’s just for them. 💻 Live weekly classes on Zoom or Teams (with recordings available) 💪 Strength-focused, with breath-led movement and mindful recovery 💬 Supportive WhatsApp group to share wins, wobbles, and reminders you're not alone In each session, you’ll: ✔ Rebuild strength in your core, glutes, and pelvic floor ✔ Release tension from lifting, carrying, feeding, and life-on-the-go ✔ Improve posture, stability, and energy through dynamic, postpartum-friendly flows ✔ Reconnect to your body as your own, not just something in service of others ✔ Access time and space to breathe, reset, and refocus — mentally and physically You’ll complete a screening form before your first class so I can tailor movement to your recovery journey, energy level, and real-life motherhood. 👉 Suitable for mums at least 6+ months postpartum, or feeling ready to step into deeper strength and self-focus 🧘‍♀️ No yoga experience needed — just a body, a mat, and 60 minutes for you Taught by a certified Postnatal Yoga Instructor.
