Convenience
We understand how challenging it can be to find time for self care especially if you have little ones, are pregnant or simply have a busy family and work life. Finding a quality or specialised Yoga class that fits around your schedule and is nearby is not always easy. A private yoga class is designed to your make life so much easier, allowing you to practise Yoga with a qualified instructor online, from the comfort of your own home at a time that works for you. I also teach yoga classes in Bangor from my home studio

Our lead instructor, Helen, is fully-certified specialist in prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga as well as restorative yoga and hatha yoga. Whether you are expecting and are struggling with pregnancy related issues, need support during your postnatal recovery or wish to improve your overall health and wellbeing, we have the knowledge and expertise to support you.

Our personal approach to Yoga ensures you'll always get best out of your session. Each class is designed to meet your needs and practises are tailored to suit you. So whether you are pregnant and want to prepare for your birth, are in postnatal recovery and want some 'Mummy only' time, or are a working mother in need of a nurturing Restorative Yoga class to decompress, we can support you on your journey to improved health, energy levels and overall wellbeing

Helen
I’m Helen, a mum of two teenagers and a yoga teacher specialising in Pregnancy, Postpartum Recovery, Restorative, and Hatha yoga.
I’m passionate about using the tools of yoga to empower women, support their physical and emotional wellbeing, and help them navigate every stage of their lives — from pregnancy and birth, through postpartum, and beyond.
I teach private, semi-private, and online classes, as well as corporate yoga sessions — all designed to be accessible, supportive, and tailored to each woman’s unique needs.
My approach integrates movement, breathwork, and mindful practices to build confidence, strength, resilience, and connection to the body.
I am fully qualified and insured to teach, with training in: Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Hatha Yoga Level 1 (Beginner), Hatha Yoga Level 2 (Intermediate) & Restorative Yoga
