You’ve prepared everything for your baby… now it’s time to prepare yourself. This 6-week Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation course is designed to help you feel strong, calm, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. Whether you’re planning a vaginal birth, induction, caesarean birth, or simply keeping an open mind, this course offers practical tools, movement, and support for every kind of birth journey. 💻 Prenatal Yoga safe and suitable for pregnancy 🤰 Personalised support & tailored modifications 👶 A dedicated WhatsApp group for connection & guidance In each 75-minute session, you’ll learn how to: ✔ Build strength, mobility, and body awareness for pregnancy and birth ✔ Use breathwork & movement to stay calm and grounded during birth ✔ Support your nervous system through relaxation and restorative practices ✔ Practice guided birth preparation techniques to help you feel more confident and prepared ✔ Explore movement, breathing, and comfort measures to support different stages and styles of birth ✔ Support postpartum recovery with yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques Before your first class, you'll complete a screening form so sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and experience. Suitable from 12+ weeks pregnant. All sessions are taught by a qualified Prenatal Yoga Instructor & Birth Preparation Specialist.
