Service Description
A Postnatal Yoga class is tailored to meet your needs, at your convenience and in the comfort of you own home.
The Yoga session is an opportunity for you to connect with your baby or why not take a 'Mummy only' class were you can give yourself some much needed TLC
A 10-15 minute consultation will take place via phone or Teams before your first class so that we can understand your needs, goals and meet before the class. A Postnatal Health Screening form will be emailed to you prior to your first class.
Postnatal Yoga concentrates on movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation for the postnatal recovery of the mother.
Suitable for women from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal delivery) or 8 weeks postpartum (C-Section).
All classes are taught by a qualified Postnatal Yoga instructor.
If local to Bangor, Wales in person classes are arranged in your home up to 10Km. Please note there is an additional charge for travel beyond 10Km up to 20Km.
