Service Description
Booking a personalised Prenatal Yoga class means the session is customised to your needs, at your convenience and within the comfort of your own home.
A 10-15 minute consultation will take place via phone or Teams before your first class so that we can understand your needs, goals and to meet each other before the class. You will also be emailed a Health Screening Form that will need completing prior to your first class.
Suitable for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
You are welcome to bring a friend or two at no extra cost.
Pregnancy Yoga helps mothers manage the physical, mental and emotional demands of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Prenatal Yoga poses, sequences, breathing practises, meditation and relaxation are the key components of the session. The classes ensure that you get the individual attention and support that you need whilst allowing you time to bond with your baby.
All classes are taught by a qualified Prenatal Yoga instructor. .
If you are local to Bangor, Gwynedd, UK, in-person classes can be arranged at or your home within 10Km. Please note there is an additional fee for travel beyond 10Km up to 20Km.
