Service Description

A monthly restorative yoga evening to pause, soften, and deeply rest. An invitation to deeply rest. To soften out of constant doing, holding, rushing, and carrying. And to spend 90 minutes fully supported, with nowhere to be and nothing expected of you. Join me for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and allow your whole nervous system to settle. This is not a typical yoga class. There’s no pressure to stretch deeply, keep up, or achieve anything. Instead, you’ll be gently guided into long-held, fully supported restorative postures using bolsters, blankets, and carefully layered props to help the body soften into complete comfort and rest. As the body relaxes, the breath deepens, the mind quietens, and space begins to open for physical and emotional release. Expect: ✨ deeply supported, floor-based restorative postures ✨ grounding breathwork and gentle stillness practices ✨ a calm, quiet, unhurried atmosphere ✨ space to soften physical and emotional tension ✨ an opportunity to properly rest and receive support Many people leave restorative yoga feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply rested in a way that can be difficult to access in everyday life. This space may feel especially supportive if you are: • feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally full • carrying stress, anxiety, fatigue, or physical tension • moving through a busy or demanding season of life • struggling to fully switch off or rest • craving stillness, comfort, and reconnection with yourself Open to all levels, whether you’ve attended yoga classes before or are completely new to yoga. All props are provided, though you’re very welcome to bring anything that helps you feel especially cosy and comfortable. This session is also suitable for pregnancy (from 12 weeks onwards) and postnatal recovery, for those who feel able to step away from baby for a couple of hours to have dedicated time for rest and restoration. A short health form will be sent after booking so I can support you appropriately during the session. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the class quiet, spacious, and deeply restful. The class is guided by a qualified Restorative Yoga Teacher, with thoughtful support offered throughout the session.
