The Blissful Birth Method is not about scripting a perfect birth.


It’s about preparing your body, breath, and nervous system to meet the unknown with calm strength and intuitive presence.

In this course, you will:

Learn breathing techniques for each stage of labour.  These breathing exercises can help you stay calm and centred during the contractions of labour and are an effective tool for managing pain, achieving rest and relaxation between contractions, and for birthing your baby.

Gain knowledge of yoga postures and movements that empower you to move with ease and confidence and prepare you for birth. Specific postures and movements for each stage of labour help strengthen your body, relieve discomfort and move your baby into 'optimal foetal positioning' for a smoother delivery

Through doing a birth rehearsal you can build confidence and reduce anxiety through practise, ultimately leading to a more positive birthing experience.  Rehearsing your childbirth helps you address any fears or concerns, allowing you to feel more in control and better equipped to handle unexpected situations
