You’ve cared for your baby… now it’s time to care for you.
This 6-week in-person Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga series in Bangor is designed to help you gently recover after birth, rebuild strength in your body, and find calm connection in the chaos of early motherhood.
🧘♀️ In-person weekly sessions (bring your baby along — all noises, feeds & naps welcome)
🤱 Postnatal-safe yoga, breathwork & relaxation
💬 Space to connect with other mums on the same journey
In each 60-minute session, you’ll:
✔ Rebuild core and pelvic floor strength safely and effectively
✔ Release tension in your shoulders, back, and neck from feeding and carrying
✔ Boost energy with gentle movement (no pressure to “bounce back”)
✔ Soothe your nervous system with calming breathwork & guided relaxation
✔ Bond with your baby through nurturing movement and shared space
Before your first class, you’ll complete a short postnatal screening form so sessions can be tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive modifications and support that truly help your recovery.
👶 Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum (8+ weeks after caesarean), up until your baby is confidently crawling.
All sessions are taught by a qualified Postnatal Yoga Instructor, with a focus on safe, supportive recovery.
