You’ve prepared everything for your baby… now it’s time to prepare you.
This 6-week Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation course is designed to help you build strength for childbirth, recover faster postpartum, and step into motherhood feeling calm, confident, and empowered.

In each 75 minute session, you’ll learn how to:
✔ Strengthen your body for labour & birth so you feel prepared, not powerless
✔ Use breathwork & movement to stay calm and in control during contractions
✔ Train your nervous system to handle the intensity of birth with ease
✔ Practice a guided birth rehearsal—so when the big day comes, your body knows what to do
✔ Learn movement, techniques & practises for every stage of birthing (from early labour to the immediate postpartum)
✔ Support postpartum recovery with yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques
Before your first class, you'll complete a screening form so I can tailor sessions to your needs, ensuring you receive modifications and guidance that truly support you.
Suitable for women 12+ weeks pregnant.
