Feeling unsure about birth? Worried about pain, positioning, medical interventions, or how to stay calm and supported throughout the experience? In this 60-minute private session, we’ll focus on exactly what you need to feel prepared mentally, physically, and emotionally so you can approach birth with greater confidence, trust, and calm. Whether you’re planning a vaginal birth, induction, caesarean birth, VBAC, or simply keeping an open mind, these sessions are tailored entirely to you and your individual birth journey. What’s included: ✅ Breathwork techniques to help you stay calm, grounded, and supported throughout birth ✅ Prenatal yoga and fluid movement practices to prepare your body for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery ✅ Guided relaxation & body awareness to reduce tension and promote comfort ✅ Mindset work & birth affirmations to release fear and build confidence ✅ Personalised strategies to help you feel informed, empowered, and able to advocate for yourself ✅ Expert Q&A — get answers to your birth preparation questions ✅ Intuitive connection exercises to deepen trust in your body and your baby ✅ Visualisation & guided meditation to mentally and emotionally prepare for birth ✅ Practices to connect with your baby and deepen bonding during pregnancy Preparing for birth can be incredibly beneficial during pregnancy. By becoming more familiar with your options, understanding how to work with your breath and body, and learning supportive coping and relaxation techniques, you can feel more prepared and less overwhelmed as your birth approaches. Through movement, education, and personalised support, these sessions are designed to help you build confidence, reduce anxiety, and feel supported throughout your unique birth experience. Helen will contact you to arrange a 10–15 minute consultation via phone or Teams before your session. This is an opportunity to discuss your needs, goals, preferences, and any specific support you’d like from the session. You will also receive a Health Screening Form to complete prior to your session, so any health considerations or pregnancy-related needs can be appropriately supported. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. All sessions are taught by a qualified Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation Specialist. Further joining instructions will be provided upon booking. Please note that travel beyond 10km from Bangor, Gwynedd may be subject to an additional charge.
