Service Description
Feeling unsure about labour? Worried about pain, positioning, or how to stay in control? In this 60-minute private session, we’ll focus on exactly what you need to feel prepared— mentally, physically so you can approach birth with confidence and trust in your body. What’s included: ✅ Breathwork techniques to stay calm, manage contractions and help your baby's entry ✅ Prenatal Yoga and fluid movements to prepare your body and help your baby into an optimal position ✅ Guided relaxation & body awareness to reduce tension and promote comfort ✅ Mindset work & birth affirmations to release fear and build confidence ✅ Personalised strategies to help you stay in control and advocate for yourself ✅ Expert Q&A—get answers to your birth prep questions ✅ Intuitive connection exercises to deepen trust in your body’s wisdom ✅ Visualisation & guided meditation to mentally prepare for birth ✅ Practises to connect with your baby and deepen bonding Rehearsing for childbirth can be incredibly beneficial for mums-to-be. By familiarising yourself with the birthing process, including how to move your body, use your breath and learn strategies for pain management, you can feel more prepared and empowered for the big day. Through practice and education, you can build confidence and reduce anxiety, ultimately leading to a more positive birthing experience Helen will contact you to arrange a 10 - 15 minute consultation with you via Skype or Zoom before your session, so that she can understand your needs, goals and to meet each other before the class. You will also be emailed a Health Screening Form that will need completing prior to your session. This form is so that we can be aware of any health needs you may have that we may need to take account of for the session. Suitable for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy. All classes are taught by a qualified Prenatal & Birth Yoga specialist instructor. Further joining instructions will be provided upon booking.
